Hi Pack Mates!

I woke up early this weekend for writing meet-ups with some of my author friends. When I say early - I mean EARLY. My friends are in other parts of the country and with daylight savings time it was 4am my time. On a weekend...

My dog who sleeps at my feet looked at me like I was crazy and then made his bed in the sheet and went back to sleep. My cat stole my pillow as soon as I sat up. 

But you know what? It worked. At the end of each session I felt accomplished because I made noticeable progress towards the goals I'd set for the weekend. 

By the time my daughter woke up, I'd completed my primary writing goals for the day and the weekend. 

I can't say it will work every single weekend - and yes I went to bed a little earlier the night before to make it work. But for this weekend, I call it a win.
